What are the measures taken by GoodLife Movers in case of damages?
There are following measures taken by GoodLife Movers in case of damages:
1. Insurance Coverage - Our third party insurance provider will reimburse you for the TV, Washing Machine, Fridge, Cooker, and Glass Items as per the Terms & Conditions.
2. Protection Guarantee - All the customers who book moves with us are eligible for protection guarantee, we will take full responsibility for their items except their personal items/belongings.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Customers have to buy premium insurance coverage prior to the scheduled date of their moving.
2. In case damages, customers needs to send us the evidences in form of pictures/videos.
3. Insurance claim time would be 48 hours to 72 hours.
4. Customers are not able to hold 100% amount of their moves. If they want to claim insurance, then they will have to release 50% payments once the move is done.
5. Insurance providers have the right to accept/reject the case as per their criteria.
7. Once customer claims the insurance coverage, he won’t be able to add/remove anything.
8. In worst case scenario, if furniture got damaged, we will reimburse AED 5/KG.
